Able contracted Orbit to ship the car after pick up in Long Beach, CA. Car was dropped off at an Impound (BBB F rated) lot with a 750 dollar bounty on it (COD - though it was prepaid prior to shipping) in the wrong city. Able was clueless and powerless to do ANYTHING. I had to pay out of pocket to get my car back. They are not interested in refunding my money. Their management refused to call back instead using the girls in the office to talk to me (they were courteous). If you like your vehicle I would use ANYONE ELSE.
