We used this company for a few transports from dealer to dealer as their quotes seemed reasonable on the surface. The second delivery had damage to the car which Jose said he would cover without going through his insurance. He always had a story as to why the check never went out and to date has not paid for the $750 damage. The second and last job we contracted Jose to complete was a disaster...The car was shipped from NJ and was reported to be sitting on a broken down trailer in Chicago somewhere while waiting on trailer parts. We finally sent a different carrier to get the vehicle and it miracously appeared back in NJ because he wanted to start over because we were unhappy. It never left ATI's lot. Jose appears normal in the beginning and then becomes the world's best storyteller after he has your money. Their phones are no longer answered by a person and there are no longer any prompts to leave messages for different departments.
