Not having any reviews on TransportReviews.Com should have been a red flag from the start. I never got a call from the driver as promised. I was promised a 2-day window for delivery and a call 24hrs prior. That never happened. I had to call the Transport Company and have them contact the driver to call me. After the end of the 2nd day of the 2-day window, the driver tells me that it will be another day.

Once the car arrived, I see that it had sat out in their lot in Chicago for a full day in the rain. The freshly painted finished was riddled with water spots and greasy hand prints everywhere. When I told the driver it was unacceptable and I was not going to accept the car and to get someone from his company on the phone while I called the local police to file a report, he kept saying No, No, No, they wont answer. Another red flag. Although the damage was not all that severe, his care-less reaction was. After telling him multiple times I wanted to talk to someone at his company, file a calim and also was going to make him wait while the police came to make a report and then for me to entirely wash and dry the car so the damage could be thoroughly investigated, he just offered to cut the price in half so he could leave.

I recommend staying away from this company. I should have known better that the low price and convenience of them being able to pick up the car the next day was too good to be true.
