Arthur had to walk service blocks in freezing cold and snow to pick up my Volvo from a residential side street in Chicago. He shoveled the car our of the snow and got it on his transport and to San Diego in great condition. He was prompt, polite and kept us informed of his progress the entire time. I would highly recommend AK Carrier.
