This company, who transported my vehicle from Florida to Illinois, was completely unprofessional. I was given a contact number by my dispatcher and the person did not answer the phone nor did he call back after messages left. I felt as though I had the right to know where my car was since it was supposed to reach me by a certain time and it did not but the driver was completely non responsive. I received my car 6 DAYS LATE!!!! I had to hire another company to pick up my car from Illinois and ultimately transfer my car elsewhere and even that driver said this company was completely rude and unprofessional (and these comments were made before I expressed my sentiments to them). Even my dispatcher said they will never use them again because this situation was so bad. If you have an option, DO NOT USE THEM!!
