I did not pick this company, this company was picked through a broker. The broker which is also awful is Roadrunner. The gave a price it was agreed upon and signed. 72 hours prior to pickup Roadrunner stated driver wanted more money. $380 more. This time period leaves the customer limited opportunity for options. Car was picked up, and delivery date was promised on 4/24/2024. Waited all day, ABA notified customer after 5 pm the same delivery date that vehicle would not be delivered until next day 4/25/2024 between 8 am and 12 pm. The company waited the entire day, like MY TIME was not valuable or worth money. There contract states that if you are late or not ready they have all these fees because their time is valuable but not the customers time. This is greed and selfishness, how can you expect customers to be loyal when your loyalty goes one way. Even the employee delivering the message of your vehicle not be when expected, was arrogant, ignorant and could care less because only the company matters. I will only do business with companies that also care about the customers who will keep them in business. BEWARE of this COMPANY.

Hello, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Could you please provide the order ID associated with your shipment so we can look into this further? I'd like to clarify that we never request more money than what was originally posted for the vehicle. Unfortunately, the situation you experienced often stems from brokers quoting a lower price to secure your business. When they are unable to dispatch the vehicle at that rate, they may have to increase the price to ensure your car gets moved. We understand how frustrating this is and completely agree that it’s a flawed system. However, as carriers, we have no control over the quotes brokers provide. We apologize for the delay in delivering your vehicle. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, trucking involves many variables that can be unpredictable. Our drivers are limited to driving 10 hours a day, and unexpected delays due to traffic, extended pick-ups, or deliveries can affect our schedule. This doesn’t mean we don’t care about our customers—quite the opposite. We do everything in our power to deliver on time, but sometimes unforeseen events are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and would love to resolve any outstanding issues. Please feel free to reach out to us directly. Best regards, Alex
