Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Could you please provide the order ID associated with your shipment so we can look into this further?
I'd like to clarify that we never request more money than what was originally posted for the vehicle. Unfortunately, the situation you experienced often stems from brokers quoting a lower price to secure your business. When they are unable to dispatch the vehicle at that rate, they may have to increase the price to ensure your car gets moved. We understand how frustrating this is and completely agree that it’s a flawed system. However, as carriers, we have no control over the quotes brokers provide.
We apologize for the delay in delivering your vehicle. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, trucking involves many variables that can be unpredictable. Our drivers are limited to driving 10 hours a day, and unexpected delays due to traffic, extended pick-ups, or deliveries can affect our schedule. This doesn’t mean we don’t care about our customers—quite the opposite. We do everything in our power to deliver on time, but sometimes unforeseen events are beyond our control.
