WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER al cursed every single one of my family members out I would never use this car service again. We gave the people the credit card number and said everything was paid for went to pick up the car and another $175 dollars was added on and we went and called AL and he yelled at us the whole time and would not let us speak when we had everything sorted out and then all of a sudden "they do not take credit cards anymore." And we were called "shitty customers" and that we can go "f*ck ourselves." Yes that really put the icing on the cake. That does not even begin to describe the rudeness displayed by al French.
