Brian could not have been more helpful to me during this process. I had never shipped a car before and I was trying to get the car and my child from NJ to CA, and coordinate with housing at her university. Brian was able to help me every step of the way and was always patient with my millions of questions. He always had the answer - and responded quickly.
The driver was polite and his truck was spottlessly clean. He was very careful to inspect the car (including photos) before he put it on the truck. The car actually arrived in CA the day before my daughter did. The delivery person coordinated the drop off of the car to my daughter right on her college campus. Couldn't ask for anything more.
Will use AA-Automovers again without hesitation if I ever need to ship a car again!
