Because I needed the car to arrive within a specific window, at the suggestion of AA Automovers I selected their gold plan. The estimated window of the cars pick up and delivery given by the rep was acceptable. The next day I was notified by email of a delivery date and carrier, but it was much further out from the date I was originally quoted. I spoke directly with AA Automovers who told me because of the size of the car, the carrier could not pick it up when they thought and to deal directly with the carrier to give them the dimensions of the car to see what can be worked out. The car by the way is a Jaguar XJ series.

I cancelled the order. Way too much trouble. I went with another company. It cost $1200 but they kept their word and the carrier delivered the car within the window quoted.

Ten days later and after sending four one way emails (cancellations are required in writing and I was told by AA to send an email to cancel), I have not received any refund, and to date any correspondence from AA Automovers except an email request to write a review.
