Kristin Thom was pleasant setting up the transport. She did, however, blatantly lead me to believe the car would be picked up and delivered by the same truck and driver. I asked her directly and she lied directly.
The car was shipped to Phoenix and transferred to another truck. The people in Phoenix were great. It was the company, AA-Automovers, that were dishonest. I guess their $200 commission is more important than being honest with a customer about a very basic question.
The car arrived on time, but has a lot of stone chips on the hood and front bumper. It was the front car on the hauler. I plan on placing a claim to have the hauler pay to repaint the hood and bumper.
I recommend AAA Plus Auto Movers, however, I do not recommend AA-Automovers, the go between company that places customers with haulers.
