I called Denise on May 31st. It was a bit hard to talk to her in person because it was a very busy day after the long holiday weekend. However she was very good at following up by email, giving me the best quote. I finally talked to her about the services on the phone, and she answered all my questions in a very professional manner. I put the order online the same day. When something came up and I had to cancel the order a few hours after I submitted the order, she said she would not even charge the processing fee because she didn't process my order. She could have charged me the fee, but generously waived it considering the situation. I haven't experienced the actual shipping services they provide as yet. But their customer service was among the best I've experienced. I will definitely use their service in the future.
