After buying our car we were contacted by Adam A1 Auto Logistics. We talked on the phone for a bit and he said it would no problem. I asked were there ever any hidden fees involved, he said never would there be any hidden fees. We paid for "Expedited" shipping on the 16th of October for an agreed 5 day window. With literally no contact from the company and one word answers from the emails we sent to them like "nothing yet" or "when we get something we'll let you know" After 16 days we were done. Finally got Adam on the phone and he said we need to "sweeten the pot by $100 then it would be better". He also stated that if we wanted to get someone else we could cancel the contract all we had to do was put it in writting and get a full refund of our deposit right away. That same day we cancelled in writting then he writes back and says it will be 3-6 weeks to get my refund. What??!!!Terrible! We then went with Bluestar Auto Movers and although they got the job done, we recieved zero contact after we paid the deposit. Communication sucked and they did not come through with what they promised on contract with the narrow pickup window we paid extra for. Afterward they were very rude with us for leaving an honest review here. They lied so much with thier rebutal. So PLEASE avoid Adam A1 Auto Logistics as well as Josh, Jason, Nicole at Bluestar Auto Movers!!!!
