Please be advised this is a difficult company to work with. We had to initiate all calls to them and kept getting the runaround on the whereabouts of our car. We were told several delivery dates that always fell through without any kind of courtesy call from them or legitimate explanations. We were told by A Eastern Connection that the car was picked up by a certain carrier out of Richmond, VA. After finally tracking down the carrier, we were told that they did not pick up the car because they deemed A Eastern as an unreliable company and would not work with them. After much time and effort we were able to find the carrier that did pick-up our car and discovered that it had been sitting here in California for over a week but they would not deliver it to us because they were concerned that A Eastern would not pay them. We were told that we needed to upfront the money (which we had already paid to A Eastern) to the carrier in order to get our car back. We felt we had no choice and felt it was high risk but paid the money. Thankfully A Eastern did reimburse us but it was an extremely stressful process.
