After a string of disappointments with this company (they say they will come pick up car, but won't) I faxed a cancelation request to them. Actually, I ended up faxing 4 because 1st they said that I had to specify that they could keep a $250 processing fee (fine, whatever) and then they said twice that they never received the faxes. Finally, they acknowledged receiving it on September 3, 2008 (I actually canceled first in July). It is now October 14 and I have yet to see my $675 back. When I call they say, "call back later". When I call back later they "accidently" hang up on me as soon as I mention the word "refund". Or they say they'll have the refund lady give me a call back which never happens. I've NEVER encountered a company like this before in my life. It's really unbelievable!
