We are in the military and were moving from NC to DC on 13 June 2008. We called A Eastern Connection on 2 June 2008 and paid them $630 over the phone and they told us the car would be picked up 5 or 6 June. They cashed our check that day. Our car did not get picked up on the 5th or the 6th and my wife called them to find out when it would be picked up and they were extremely rude and hung up on her. They then sent her a contract on the 9th of June. The car carrier then showed up on 12 June after all of our household goods had already been picked up. It is now 19 August 2008 and we still don't have our 1967 Mercury Cougar!!

I called A Estern Connection and they just gave me the number to call the car carrier directly. I called the car carrier and they said that A Eastern Connection had not paid them for delivery of up to 10 cars and they were not delivering our car until they got paid by A Eastern Connection and that they were in litigation with them. The said that I could come pick up my car in Virginia but I would have to pay a storage fee. However, the car carrier won't tell me the price of storage because they won't know until they pick my car up and they conveniently don't know the address of the storage facility.
