We were commissioned on July 6, 2004 to ship Ms.Ko’s vehicle. The vehicle was made available to us on July 21, 2004. The vehicle was dispatched to a carrier on July 20, 2004. The carrier informed us that they spoke with Ms. Ko and she would not release the vehicle, Ms. Ko had claimed she never received a call. There was an apparent miscommunication with the carrier. The carrier informed us that they would have another truck to pick up the vehicle the 28th or 29th of July or we would locate another carrier for the transport which we informed Ms. Ko of on July 24, 2004. Ms. Ko decided to cancel her order with us on July 26, 2004. We issued a credit on August 9, 2004, we did withhold a $100.00 cancellation fee. Our regular cancellation fee is $200.00. We feel for the amount of work, telephone calls, rescheduling, etc. that was involved with her order, this was fair.
