My experience with this company matches the others, especially that of Sarat Khandavalli - they seem nice at first, and give the impression of being responsive. But the vehicle just never gets picked up (in my case, from SoCal to Reno, NV - an almost "local" move and very straightforward); calls and emails, always lots of excuses about why they never get the vehcle. After 3 months (yes, 3 months!) of this nonsense I was able to get out of the contract, but it has caused me all kinds of other problems related to the vehicle that was supposed to be transported. Very painful. Do yourself a favor and use another transport company.

We were unable to transport Mr. Marsden vehicle in a timely manner as short moves sometimes can be more difficult than coast to coast. We did receive the order to ship the vehicle on April 8, 2004. Mr. We worked on locating a carrier for Mr. Marsden until he canceled with us on June 15, 2004. We issued a credit in full on June 16, 2004. We apologize for any inconvenience Mr. Marsden may have experienced.
