Bait and Switch - Poor Service

I got quoted $1095 to have my car shipped from the USA to Canada on a Monday and told them the next day I would like to go ahead. They got all my information from me and said they would fax over the contract. The next day they call to tell me they misquoted me, giving me a discount I shouldn't have received. They said the new price would be $500 more. I asked if they would stand by their original quote or at least help a little as they had promised me $1095 and we had already gotten the paperwork started. Selwin (the customer service rep) said they don't need to honor their quotes so I asked to speak with his manager. His manager who turned out to be the owner got on the phone and was rude and belligerent exclaiming "we don't turn on the lights in the morning to lose money". The owner was unprofessional, condescending and extremely rude. I work in the service business and stand behind my word, apparently this company doesn't.
