Car damaged by shipper

I have used AA auto transport to ship my car from ottawa to Arizona. AA auto had contracted with oakwood transport to carry my car on their truck by their driver, which I didn't know before hand. All my communication including the contract was with AA auto.

When I picked up my car, the car was covered with mud all over, especially on the back. I did not know it was the driver trying to cover up the damage he did on the back bumper of the car. I didn't find that untill I washed my car. Then I took the pictures and mailed to them. But AA auto just redirected me to talk with oakwood transport myself. I think AA autotransport should talk with their contractor instead of me since I didn't sign contract with Oakwood at all. Of cause, Oakwood transport just lied to me staight and denied its responsibility. Both scratch areas on my car have red color paint left from their truck, which AA autotranport contact people admitted that they were from their truck. I saw the driver loaded my car on their truck and picked up my car from the driver myself and both truck was red color. . But Oak wood transport lied to me by saying their truck was black. It is really a terrible lie and they know it was lie themself.

I felt being cheated by both of them and here to warn any people not to trust both companies and their contract is just a piece of paper. I was fooled by this piece of paper.


BTW, I need to declare that I have to pick New jersy as the origin state, (even though it was from ottawa), otherwise I cann't sumbit this review.
