DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I attempted to have my truck shipped from Philadelphia to Arizona with 5 Star Auto Transport. I gave two weeks notice and gave a $150 deposit before the company was supposed to pick up my truck. Tuesday, December 2nd was the expected pick up date. NO Phone call all day. I attempted to call several times during the day. NO awnser to my dismay. I tried again on Wednesday, the 3rd of January. Again no response for several calls. Finally, I got through to a representative and they told me my account was on file my truck would be picked up shortly. No call ever came, No transport truck ever showed up. This company consistently have avoided calls and the few times got in touch with people they have sugar coated the situation and always put me off with we will call you when the driver gets to your location. This company is a disgrace, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. No Communication, No Organization. STAY AWAY!!!!! I have had to change flights, rent cars and put added pressure to any cross country move. DO NOT USE 5 STAR AUTO TRANSPORT.
