This review is a bit delayed, but I felt it important to post.
I was faced with needing to ship both my car and my fiancee's (now wife's) car from Cleveland to Seattle due to a sudden work relocation in mid-October. To throw another wrench in the matter, the cars had to be shipped 2 days after my wedding and be in-transit while I was on my honeymoon (out of the country, of course). Jeff at 4 Corners came highly recommended to me by Keystone Volvo and I can see why.
From the moment I requested my quote, Jeff and I were in near constant contact. He kept me informed about his progress locating a carrier and letting me know when I should expect one to be booked. He was very considerate of the fact that I would be out of the country until the first delivery date and that some carriers try to deliver early and factored that in when booking the job. When the cars were picked up, he was in touch with my father-in-law to keep him apprised of the pick-up situation. Upon my arrival home to Washington from the honeymoon, I had some difficulty reaching the carrier - Jeff took care of following-up and shortly after the carrier got in touch with me.
The cars were delivered in great shape (albeit dirty - I'd expect no less from an open carrier transport) at the cheapest price I was quoted by any carrier/broker. Even further, he would not charge my credit card until he had booked the carrier. Unheard of in my experience.
Hopefully I won't need to do this kind of move again any time soon, but rest assured if I do, Jeff will be my first call for getting my cars squared away. Might do enclosed next time though - less worry about the condition! Thanks for everything, Jeff!
