The service was to send a motorcycle from Texas to Washington DC. This was the first time we have ever sent a vehicle across country and we were very happy with service from Jeff and 4 Corners Transport. Price was not the lowest but was competitive. Overall customer satisfaction and comments on this company in the Transports Review site were the key factor for choosing 4 Corners Transport.
Jeff is very knowledgeable of this business and helped me understand all the process which was followed as discussed.
Dates were kept as defined and chosen driver kept in contact throughout the 7 days that bike was in transportation. Motorcycle arrived in good condition albeit a bit dirty.
For people doing this for the first time it can be quite stressful so I would recommend a company like 4 Corners who have been doing this for a long time and can help you through the whole process.
I was also happy that throughout the process I dealt with the owner (Jeff) which I have always believed has more skin in the game.
