Ok, had a nightmare situation from another shipper. These are a broker who honestly I feel tries to help you. I explained my situation and they really understood. They are a broker and didn't take payment until they had my vehicle on a truck. Now I haven't gotten my truck yet but I know by my conversations with the actually transporter and with 1st choice it will be fine. Customer service is outstanding. You call they actually answer the phone and help you. Not put on hold and wait and wait. I would use them again. Great job thanks Cristy...
