Quote was very reasonable compared to others I had received. Chad said 1-4 days for pick-up and it was picked up on the 4th day... this was very good considering I made it available the day I placed the order. There were a couple days were I was trying to check and see the status of the pick-up and I could not get anyone on the phone but I eventually did receive an email from Chad. The driver who delivered the van was very professional. I did have to meet him in a public parking lot since there were some concerns whether he would be able to get his truck through some wooded roads. Overall a good experience and I would use them again.
