I had my vehicle shipped last month by this company and I wanted to let people know about my experience with them. I am a hard man to get along with or work with but this company did an excellent job. I was very demanding of what I needed. I needed my vehicle picked up on a specific date so that I would not have to rely on other people and I would not settle for anything less. I first spoke to a woman by the name of Laurie. Let me tell you this about her. She knows her business. She told me upfront that there was no way she could guarantee me a specific date unless I wanted her to call and local service and pick it up and hold it at my expense. She was so brutally honest that she automatically had my respect. It was not what I wanted to hear, but she told me anyway. I think her exact statement was: I can not guarantee a specific date for pick up but I can promise you that I will work my but off to get it picked up on that date. Well she had my business at that point. She called me 3 days later and said she had a carrier that she had worked with several times before and they said they would get my vehicle on Friday, the date I had requested. The driver picked this vehicle up on Friday and I had my car 7 days later. This company works on weekends and answers phones till late at night. I know this because this lady told me up front that if I had any problems to call her and if she did not answer, she would call me within an hour. I called at 9pm one night and she answered.I also called on Sunday and she answered. You can not beat service like that. I recommend this company to anyone. They are great. They said up front. Cheaper is NOT always better. I have to tell you this. She was right. Experience, customer service and the great carrier that they used makes this company an excellent choice. Use them!
