Some confusion about pickup - initially tried to pick up car 3 days before it was available. Actual pickup was one day later than estimated but delivery on time and well within 2 week time frame requested. Eric was very responsive to my concerns during the process and very efficient. It's hard to use an unknown company but Eric lived up to the positive reviews here. Would use again.
