We used 1Flat-Rate to ship my car from Pennsylvania to California. Customer service was excellent...they kept us informed, and always answered the phone (or called me back quickly if I left a message). The truck driver was professional and courteous...he called us 4 hours before arriving...then again 1 hour before arrival.
As a military family, we move often... so it’s comforting to know that we can depend on 1Flat-Rate for our future moves. I recommend 1Flat-Rate to anyone shipping a vehicle long distance!
