I am very pleased with my transport transaction. I would highly recommend working with 1-Flat Rate and Ray. I purchased a car in Texas and had it transported to Arizona. Ray was in contact with me (or available when I called) every step of the way. He explained the process in detail and gave me contact numbers to reach the carrier and the truck driver. Even when there was a slight snafu with my original carrier Ray had another driver lined up with in minutes. 1-Flat Rate made me feel like I was an important customer. I am impressed by their customer service and honesty. If I need transport service again, or I know someone who does, I will refer to 1-Flat Rate. Thank you Ray!
