sam am really sorry for what happend and the reason why we didnt pick up your vehicle was.
when we talked we agreed on pincking up your vehicle on thursday the 2. but on the wednesday the 1 you left a message statying that you wanted to cancel your order with us. therefore we we were obligated to cancel the order and re route the truck was going to deliver the car to the port to pick anothere vehicle
as for the money we are already prossesing the full refund.
we wish to ask for your apologies for any inconveniences that this has created you.
