The driver and owner of the company, Weberson Desousa, from "101 express" out of Newington, CT, deliberately tried to hide damage to my bumper on one of my cars that was transported from CT to FL. We picked up the cars at a Super Target parking lot on 6/25/13 in Saraota, FL. (I thought I'd make it easier on the driver to unload my car.) When I arrived at the lot, both of my cars were already taken off the truck and parked. My one car (2004 honda accord)with the damage to the bumper was pulled all the way back into a bush so I could not completely walk around it. I, unfortunately, paid him in cash after checking all other parts of the car. After I pulled up the car and put something in the trunk, I then noticed damage to my bumper. I quickly got the driver and showed him the damage. He pulled out his paper work and showed me the "supposed" noted bumper damage on his final copy of the paper work. He then ran ran off and jumped in his truck and left. Unfortunately for me, I did not bring my paper work given to me by him at pickup to compare (we were in a rush to get there as the driver didnt tell us the time he would arrive, he just called when he got there) but I knew he was lying as I had no dings, dents, or scratches on either one of my cars at pickup including zero marks on the bumpers. Both cars are in pristine condition and look new. When I got home, I confirmed that the paperwork had no damage noted on the bumper just as I suspected it wouldn't. Not only did he try to hide the damage by pulling the back of the car so that the bumper was not visible, he falsified documentation. We left him messages (both voicemail and telephone) explaining we have the paperwork noting zero damages at pickup and it clearly does not reconcile to the final paperwork he produced at drop off and have gotten zero response from him. If you value and take pride in your car, do not use this company to transport your vehicle. They are unscrupulous and deceitful. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!
