They lie, change prices, and are incredibly rude. Everyone I spoke with is very hard to understand on the phone. Very stressful experience and would never recommend.
This group is a brokerage and low balls prices and doesn’t follow thru.. left me hanging with promises and no follow up. It’s criminal.. Do Not Use Them!!!
Breach of contract, shipper arrived and had to pay more for car. Naturally allstate would not answer phone until i texted them i was going to sue for breach of contract
