Contact Us form and provide all relevant details and the course of action or question that you have. Your email will then go into the Administrative Action Queue where it will be handled in the order it was received.
"But It Is Important"
Send us an email and we will take the appropriate action. We handle sometimes hundreds off issues every single day. In most cases the reviewer or company believe the issue is important. Handling issues in the order they are received in the action queue is the most fair system we can provide. We understand that the issue you are having is important, but we need to operate our site fairly regardless of the company or issue.
"But I'm a Supporter or Advertiser"
We very much appreciate your business. However, the money you pay Transport Reviews is for the additional exposure your company gets by being a supporter or advertiser.
We believe we provide excellent service when it comes to your advertising or support. We are happy to help you with payments, ad changes, upgrades, downgrades, cancellation and any other advertising or support question. However, Support and Advertising does NOT get you any additional level of service in regards to ratings and reviews.
"What If I Have Support and Advertising Questions"
Support and advertising question, concerns and changes can be handled over email or by phone. However, ONLY questions directly related to support and advertising will be addressed. Questions about any other subject, even for existing supporters and advertisers, will be directed to the contact us form.
