How The Non-Customer Review Process Works for Reviewers
First, Transport Reviews is customer ratings and reviews of auto transport companies. We require that all reviews be posted by people who have went beyond a reasonable sales and quote process to become a customer of the company they are reviewing.
The non-customer review process is a process that companies can use to have Transport Reviews verify that a review was posted by a customer. The process is started when the company reports a review as posted by someone who is NOT THEIR CUSTOMER.
The process temporarily hides a review while documentation is sent in by the reviewer to prove the company wrong, that they are in fact a customer.
If a reviewer fails to provide documentation the review remains hidden. When they submit something showing they are a customer the review is re-added to the site ON TOP of the company's page and the customer is now known as a confirmed customer.
