An increasing number of companies offer compensation to customers to offer an
incentive for posting a review.
Many visitors and auto transporters are concerned by this practice. Due to this concern we began to ask
reviewers to report whether they "Are or Expect to be Compensated" to post the review.
We began recording this information on July 10th, 2009 at 4:42 PM EST.
Reports and pages will begin to reflect this designation as of August 14th, 2009. If a report does not
specify that is does NOT include this information it should be assumed that the report includes both
compensated and non-compensated reviews.
NOTE TO AUTO TRANSPORTERS
It is a violation of our sites policies to request that a customer report that they were
not compensated if they have/will be. Customers should answer the question truthfully.
