First time I used a car transport company. This is a cut throat industry with over 100 companies fighting for your business. The dispatcher was courteous and initially responsive. However, he overpromised. He said my car will be picked up on a Thursday and delivered on Monday, he was confident as he repeated this again to me. The car was picked up on Friday and delivered next Friday. I contacted the dispatcher on Tuesday and he indicated to me that it will be “1-2 more days”. I contacted him again on Thursday with no reply. Its unlikely I will use imotors again as I like to see how others compare. On a positive note they were one of the cheaper brands, and the car was delivered without a scratch.
