Craig at eShip saved the day for me. I had booked another transport carrier for pickup on a Friday, but had decided the information he gave me was too vague and sketchy. I called Craig at about 1pm that same Friday. He answered all my questions about insurance, certifications and carrier qualifications, then got on the phone and found a driver. The driver picked up the car five hours later and headed for California! Jessica in customer service helped me keep up with the car's progress. The car arrivedin perfect shape the next Wednesday.

I would definitely use eShip again, but next time, I would call Craig first!
