I was moving from Las Vegas to New Jersey and didn't want to drive all that way back. After looking at the reviews for most of the car transport companies online it looked like it was impossible to get good service. I took a chance on eShip because Craig was very responsive when I had questions upfront. I figured if something went wrong he would be there to help. Then the trucking company he set me up with was also very responsive. He gave me their direct phone number and they answered the phone on the weekend and evenings as well as business hours. The car arrived a day after they originally said it would but I was still impressed since they kept in communication with me the whole time. I think in this industry it's hard to get the exact day right because the drivers are dealing with the general public and they usually transport several cars from all over the place.

No damage whatsoever. I even had my car partially packed with clothes and other light things and no theft or anything. I would recommend the trucking company too if I could. Definitely use eShip. Just make everything clear about the dates and be flexible a few days either way. I thought the price was good too. It would have cost me $800 to drive all that way with hotel and gas on my own. This price to ship my car was only $900. I paid the deposit up front and then paid the driver the difference at delivery with a cashier's check. The actual truck drivers might be a little rough around the edges when dealing with them directly, but this one he set me up with was still professional overall. I would definitely use both companies again.
