Alex was helpful up front and explained every detail. I called several different companies and was most satisfied with the initial conversation I had. I was told there were no up front fees and this was true - I was only charged the intital fee once everything was confirmed and we were set to go a few days before the pickup date. Alex kept me updated every step of the way and I was completely comfortable with giving my car over to the driver. I was explained how the industry worked (I had no idea - this was the first time I ship my car) and it was very insightful. While the car was with the driver, the driver stayed in contact with me often and I was extremely pleased with the service. I know Alex would not have had me tender my car to a driver that was not reputable or that would have jeopardized my experience. I would highly recommend ZipShip to anyone.
