Our Zip Ship representative, Trent, was in contact with me from initial negotiations through delivery. Everything that was negotiated was delivered right on time and they were true to their word. The truck drivers were friendly and helpful. They kept in contact with me on the delivery day right up to the point we met. One of the drivers helped me drive my new vehicle to my house as we have a truck restriction on my road. Again, very helpful.
