This complaint is completely exaggerated. This vehicle was picked up on 7/21 and delivered on 7/23 as per our contract terms. This gentleman Usman received his delivery and did not make any complaint or notation of damage to the driver at the time of his delivery. The following week he is calling our office making claims of damage to his vehicle.
As per our company policy no claims can be honored if they are not notated at the time of the delivery. This is done in order to prevent fraudulent claims such as this one.
Furthermore, documentation of inspection reports from origin and destination can be provided to prove what is stated here as fact.
