I had to ship my car from probably the furthest point of CAL to MAINE. I knew that when i was getting quotes, and money was not as important as getting it there on time, or in a timely manner.

I had another broker lined up, gave them my deposit then the window of 48 hours became a nightmare. They never called or emailed me, and when I FOLLOWED up with them, they again kept making promises they couldn't keep.

I called Mario at Z-Best Auto Transport at 425-315-5929, http://z-best-transport.com/home and explained my situation. He explained to me how it works, and that was 100% more then i got from the other place. I told him it had already been 10 days, and i had nothing, and my sister in law was without a vehicle. He said let me call you back... in 5 minutes he called me and said he can pick it up the same night!!! I was thrilled, and Im sure this does not happen all the time, but at least he listened and gave me sound advice AND explained how it worked.

The dispatcher Skye Kim was very thorough, and the driver Kang Kim got to my place an hour early, took pictures of the vehicle, and was very polite. I called a couple times during the route, and they kept us informed till it reached the destination!
