I placed an order with this company on 4/24/10 and they assured me that the vehicle was going to be picked up by 4/28/10. I told them that my husband and I were flying to Okinawa, Japan the following day so there can be no hold ups or anything. Well Mike told me that they will be there on time. The following day, he called me to ask for a method of payment for the deposit. I gave it to him without realizing that would be the last time I will ever hear from this guy. He never returned my calls or my emails after that day.
4/28/10 came and I called them and they told me that they will need a couple more days! Well I didnt have a couple more days! I wasnt able to set up anything with friends since we were leaving the next day. I then started my research on this company and found many bad reviews. Well all those bad things that happened to other people are happening to my husband and I. I then called the company and canceled my order and Cindy told me that we will get a full refund. They even sent an email on 4/30/10 that their merchant already did the transaction and that I will receive the refund. Up to this day, no refund. I have tried to call them and email them, but they just refuse to call me back or reply to any of the emails I sent them.
Beware of this company! They will not call you back and they surely will not keep any promises they made once you sign that contract and they receive the downpayment.
