We apologize if you felt the delivery was not in a timely manner. Please keep in mind that our 3 to 5 day transit time doesn't start when we pick up your vehicle (unless you were the last pick up). Our transit schedule starts after the last day of pick up on the schedule, which is why we give you a 2 or 3 day window for pick up. I looked up your order to see if I had any notes of the delay. I will have to pull the hard copy but I will research in case it was something within our control that needs to be addressed. We do thank you for your business and appreciate that you were happy with the other facets of our service
