Mr. & Mrs. Gregory, as you well know, you were successfully dispatched & were offered numerous Carriers thereafter which were willing and able to transport your vehicle. You refused to release your Bobcat to each and every one of them. Having repeatedly broken our terms of service, you then demanded a full refund and began threatening a bad-review-campaign if we did not comply with your blackmail. Ultimately, your bank agreed that our service had been faithfully provided and that our broker fee was therefore due and payable. We consider their decision to be the final word on this matter.
