We’ve had horrible experiences in the past with other transport companies. So, when we needed to transport a Mini Cooper from CT to TX we were very worried. However, Joanna was superb in handling the reservation. The driver she assigned to us was fabulous. On time for both pickup and delivery…he was a kind man and took the time to give us step by step directions for the best driving route to use since we had to drive our other car. We are seniors and he was so compassionate. Couldn’t have been more pleased with the service provided.
