It is important to note, Mr. Grayson, that the mere fact that you had booked multiple companies to work on your transport order resulted in this unfortunate scenario. Under your instruction and approval, Yellowfin Logistics dispatched an independent Carrier to pick up your vehicle on July the 22nd. This Carrier planned their routes accordingly and arrived at Copart as contracted. However, your vehicle had already been picked up by another Carrier which you had evidently arranged through a different company. If you believe that this company transported your vehicle without your permission, we would recommend that you seek recourse and reimbursement from them. As for Yellowfin Logistics, we upheld our commitment to you in full and our service fee was, therefore, charged as contracted. We would be happy to assist you with any documentation you may require to process a claim against a company that arranged transportation for your vehicle without your contractual consent.
