Wish I Could give this company NO stars. This review is not based off their actual shipping because I didn't make it that far, Yellowfin Has completely disgusted me on the way they operate. Made an reservation for a car to get picked up, not knowing that the car wasn't in the state anymore and had got picked up by someone else earlier that day. I was getting pressured to go ahead and sign contract the night before hand to pay $250 deposit before the driver had the vehicle in her possession. Which I wanted to wait just incase something like this would happen, Called and tried to get a refund the next day for my reservation due to the circumstances because they weren't able to ship my car and remotely they didn't do anything, they basically told me that its not there fault the car wasn't there and I'm not getting a refund. Supervisor was very rude. I would think that because I made the reservation hours after the car being picked up without me knowing that they would refund me but they only want your money obviously even if they don't ship your car so $250 for nothing, just be careful when dealing with this company and read everything in your contract.

It is important to note, Mr. Grayson, that the mere fact that you had booked multiple companies to work on your transport order resulted in this unfortunate scenario. Under your instruction and approval, Yellowfin Logistics dispatched an independent Carrier to pick up your vehicle on July the 22nd. This Carrier planned their routes accordingly and arrived at Copart as contracted. However, your vehicle had already been picked up by another Carrier which you had evidently arranged through a different company. If you believe that this company transported your vehicle without your permission, we would recommend that you seek recourse and reimbursement from them. As for Yellowfin Logistics, we upheld our commitment to you in full and our service fee was, therefore, charged as contracted. We would be happy to assist you with any documentation you may require to process a claim against a company that arranged transportation for your vehicle without your contractual consent.
