I needed a vehicle transported quickly and Joe reached out with a quote and took the time to explain the whole broker process to me. He wasn't pushy, just informed me. After getting baited with several low-ball quotes that ended up as "bait & switch" tactics, I thought I was going to have to rent a U-Haul and go retrieve the vehicle myself. I reached back out to Joe hoping he was as honest as he had seemed in our previous communications. Within an hour he had a local driver booked at a rate very close to his original quote. The driver he sent was fantastic. Dealing with Joe restored my faith in the transport broker process. I cannot recommend Joe enough. Thank you, Joe!
