The vehicle I had was a little bit complicated. Had no coolant in it. And also there was record winter weather going on in the pick up location. Philip let me know about the weather issues, and changing market conditions due to weather, and helped me navigate it all. Philip smoothed it out as much as possible. I got the car without issues, and the driver was prompt, courteous and helpful.
