After several weeks my car was still not picked up by a carrier, so my furniture mover is shipping my car. Terry charged my credit card a $150.00 deposit before there was even a carrier to ship the car. She kept telling me that I needed to be patient and to trust her. Well, after waiting several weeks I found another alternative to ship my car and I notified her that she needed to remove my car from the job board but she has not done this yet, so i keep getting other brokers asking to ship my car. I also informed her to refund the $150.00 back to my credit card since she never found a carrier to ship my car, which she did not do. I had to call VISA and file a dispute against this charge.

I DO NOT recommend her.
