I was moving across the nation and had a previous order with another transport company about two weeks from our move date. I would call and email but they would just reply that they would contact me when they found a driver. Three days prior to moving I had had enough and luckily found YBS Logistics on this site. I contacted them and spoke to Suzy, an amazing and knowledgeable rep, and explained my situation. Suzy knew what was happening and walked me through what I needed to do to get our two cars transported ASAP. The next day, she had a driver lined up and arranged to have the cars transported that Monday morning. The cars were picked up and I made my flight. Truly amazing all thanks to YBS. I wish I had contacted them first to begin with. Thanks a million Suzy!
